Terms of Use – SOSavage 360°
By placing this order, you agree to the following:
Media License
All media delivered by SOSavage 360° is licensed for use by [Client] to market the property listed in this order. Usage rights are non-transferable unless agreed to in writing.
Prohibited Use
You may not sell, transfer, alter, or reuse the media for other properties, agents, or brands without written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
Copyright
All media remains the intellectual property of SOSavage 360° unless a full buyout is arranged in writing. We reserve the right to display media for our portfolio, marketing, or promotional use.
Payment Terms
Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date. A 5% late fee may be applied after 14 days.
Delivery of final media will only be made after payment has been received in full. No access to files will be granted until the balance is paid.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours will be subject to a $100 XCD cancellation fee.
• No-shows may be charged the full service rate.
Delivery & Turnaround
Final media will be delivered within 24–48 hours of the shoot, once payment has been confirmed.
