Reschedule & Cancelation Policy

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING, AND PROPERTY-READINESS POLICY

SOSavage INC. reserves a dedicated appointment time and assigns the necessary photographer and resources when an order is confirmed. The following policy applies to cancellations, rescheduling requests, access issues, and properties that are not ready at the scheduled appointment time.

More Than 48 Hours’ Notice
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without a fee when Sight of Savage receives more than 48 hours’ notice.

Between 24 and 48 Hours’ Notice
Cancellations or rescheduling requests received between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment are subject to a $75 late-change fee.

Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice
Cancellations or rescheduling requests received less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled services, with a minimum fee of $125.

Same-Day, On-Site, and No-Access Cancellations
The full price of the scheduled services may be charged when:

* The appointment is canceled at or after its scheduled start time.
* The photographer has already departed for or arrived at the property.
* The photographer cannot gain access to the property.
* An owner, tenant, occupant, or property representative refuses access.
* The property is not sufficiently prepared for the photographer to begin or safely complete the scheduled services.
* The client or property representative does not appear for an appointment requiring their presence.

Property Delays and Waiting Time
Clients receive a 15-minute grace period. When the photographer is required to wait longer than 15 minutes because of access or preparation delays, a waiting fee of $50 per additional 30 minutes may be charged. The photographer may shorten the coverage, complete only the areas that are ready, or leave the property when the delay prevents the appointment from being completed within the reserved time.

Weather and Safety
There is no rescheduling fee when SOSavage INC. determines that weather, airspace restrictions, road conditions, or another safety concern prevents the scheduled services from being completed. Requests to reschedule for preferred lighting, seasonal appearance, landscaping, snow conditions, or other client preferences remain subject to the standard notice periods.

Previously Completed Work and Expenses
The client remains responsible for services already performed and any approved, nonrecoverable expenses incurred before the cancellation.

Payment and Future Appointments
Cancellation, rescheduling, waiting, and return-visit fees may be added to the original order. Outstanding fees must be paid before final media is released or another appointment is confirmed.

SOSavage INC. may waive or reduce a fee in cases of documented emergencies or exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion. Waiving a fee on one occasion does not waive this policy for future appointments.

By submitting or approving an order, the client acknowledges and accepts this policy.
